Back pain with radiation to the extremities

I came to Boaz after about six months of pain and radiation (just like electricity) during certain movements (such as bending) or when I was lifting the children, and I also had to almost completely stop running, a sport I've been involved in for years.

I went back to running, and I lift my 2 children together (twins :-) without pain!
