Explanation of the different methods
If we were all built the same, then probably only one method would be needed to treat everyone. Since this is not the case, every person is different - each person has their own background and life story, unique family, culture, values, beliefs, etc. Therefore, what works for one person does not necessarily work for another, which is why I combine several methods that center on listening to the person themselves, to their uniqueness, to what works for them.
Bio-Healing

Bio-Healing is an integrative therapeutic approach that sees physical and emotional symptoms as a manifestation of unresolved internal conflict.
The treatment combines a biological-emotional understanding of the body with focused emotional work, with the aim of getting to the root of the problem and enabling a deep, precise, and personal healing process.
Biodicoding

The idea is that certain traumas cause illness.
The illness is actually a metaphor for an unresolved conflict within me, for the inner story that is unfolding in my subconscious.
The illness is a tangible expression of the reality that the subconscious experiences, of our emotional reality.
Biodecoding is a method of decoding the symptoms of disease. The decoding is not psychological or spiritual, but biological decoding - understanding the language that our body speaks through the symptoms of the disease.
The brain is the one that complicates things. It is the one that lies (because its job is to protect us from pain). Biodecoding is an emotional healing method that does not deal with the psychology of emotions, but talks to the body. The body is simple and will tell the truth. Here we cannot get lost in the complicated story. In this method, we will talk to the body and bring healing through techniques that are the specialty of the method, and bring healing to the body down to the very cellular level.
Satya Method

Satya means truth or deep attention.
In this method, we work to get to know ourselves and become close to ourselves.
We train the body and mind to achieve deeper freedom and peace, in order to release unhappy emotions.
We do this by investigating the mechanisms that govern us and by deeply recognizing them, which leads to their dissolution. Recognition is achieved by investigating behavior (what am I doing there), investigating the emotions I have there (what am I feeling), and investigating the sensations of the body (what am I sensing?). We are essentially training the body and mind to bring about transformation in who we are.
According to the Satya method, our lives are structured to avoid unpleasant feelings, and then either the person avoids doing something (talking to the boss about a raise) or the person does something that will make them forget the pain (shopping/food/debts and money, etc.)
In this method, beyond learning the behavioral mechanism, we learn to observe pain and move through it, as opposed to avoiding it. At the heart of this work is working with the breath and the body (meditation).
Closeness to ourselves (knowing what is important to me, what I want, what I feel) allows for greater freedom and peace, greater precision, and as a result, the things that are important to a person come more easily and comfortably.
Recall Healing

Recall Healing - Deciphering the Secrets of Illness
Recall Healing is a method that combines conventional medicine, psychology, and alternative medicine.
The idea is that illness is not a mistake of the body but rather a biological way of the body to deal with unresolved conflicts.
When we resolve the conflict, often only an internal solution (and not necessarily an external one), the disease can disappear. This includes autoimmune diseases, skin diseases, orthopedic problems and even cancer. As therapists, we do not interfere with the medical protocol but rather investigate the subconscious and work with the emotion. The investigation is an investigation that is understandable according to the basics of recall, and of course we use bioenergy tools to find and treat the places that are less accessible to us.
Bioenergy

This method allows for an accurate diagnosis of the subconscious and thus to examine physical, emotional and health mechanisms: Why am I sick? What is it based on? What is my emotional state? What is really bothering me? What are my beliefs that are holding me back in life? What is stopping me in a relationship? From being healthy?
In addition, there is a healing process that consists of energetic cleansing of those trapped emotions (for example, traumas, fears, phobias) and of course conversation and emotional work on some of the things in order to release them at the body level.
Sujuk

Our world is changing rapidly, the old is giving way to the new, and we experience this every day of our lives in technology, communication, and everything around us.
In this era of rapid change, a young and wonderful method has developed based on the combination of ancient knowledge gathered from different cultures alongside modern logic. This combination creates a wonderful tool for balancing body and mind that provides rapid, effective and powerful healing.
In Korean, the word "su" means hand and "juk" means foot. The Su-Juk method was developed in the late 1980s by Professor Park J-Woo, a scientist, artist, musician, and spiritualist.
The method is very effective and gives very fast results.
The treatment itself is done on the patient but also remotely and works wonderfully.
טיפול בתנועות עיניים

Eye movement therapy is an emotional tool that helps the brain release emotional overload, process stuck experiences, and change automatic responses.
Through guided eye movements, relief from anxiety, trauma, and emotional and physical symptoms is possible.
