About Me
I am a cognitive-emotional therapist specializing in the connection between emotions, awareness, and physical and psychological symptoms.
I support people who are dealing with illness, pain, emotional challenges, and difficult life situations —
through a deep understanding of the emotional logic behind symptoms and struggles.
Over the years, I have gained extensive experience guiding meaningful emotional processes,
working with physical conditions, chronic pain, anxiety, emotional overload, internal conflicts, and a sense of being lost or without direction.
My work integrates several therapeutic approaches and is always centered around one essential goal:
to understand what the body and mind are trying to communicate — and to support change at the root level.
I work through deep listening —
to the person in front of me, to their personal story, their emotional experience, and what within them is seeking space and recognition.

Before becoming a therapist, I worked as a hardware engineer, solving complex problems through a deep understanding of systems.
I learned that when you truly understand the root of a problem, the solution often becomes clear, precise, and efficient.
Without that understanding, one can circle the same issue for years without real movement.
This principle guides my work today.
Understanding the body’s logic and the emotional source of symptoms is central to my approach.
I work only with methods I see as capable of supporting genuine and meaningful change.
In the therapeutic process, people often move from fear, confusion, and helplessness
toward understanding, clarity, and a connection to the source of their difficulty.
From this place, deep healing and significant transformation can unfold.
