Breast cyst

A patient who sought help during a period of stress and concern following a cystic finding in the breast, which had been under medical monitoring for an extended period and had undergone various tests, including biopsies, sought a supportive emotional process in parallel with continued medical monitoring.

In the process, emotional issues related to stress, ongoing worry, and internal conflicts that had not been resolved over time emerged. The work combined attention to the body and emotions, with gentle tools for relaxation, stress relief, and strengthening a sense of inner security.

After a period of emotional labor of about two months, as part of the medical follow-up, another imaging test was performed. This test no longer showed the finding described earlier.

The patient shared that this period marked a significant change in her body sensation and overall emotional experience, and that she felt supported and safe throughout the process.
